Due to expansion and contract wins we are looking for a Tendering Associate to join our Aberdeen team.

If you have commercial experience working with Bids, Tenders or Proposals and are looking for a new challenge at a company where staff are highly valuedand developed, this could just be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Creating Tenders to provide a leading level of response to all RFI, RFQ & ITT processes in Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas.
Production, maintenance, and analysis of commercial documentation for support of tenders.
Oversee compilation, document control and delivery of tender packs to deadlines
Input into innovative tendering methods to be on the forefront of commercial marketing
ITT Clarification management
Log debrief of tenders into performance improvement plans
Responding to tenders and undertaking market analysis across Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas
Market analysis & Mapping across the ERRV & SOV Space
Work closely with the senior Management team on a routine basis to provide innovative and detailed solutions to clients
