As a Bank Administration Officer you may be asked to work in any area of the hospital
Main duties of the job
1. Duties will include arranging appointments for visiting professionals, organising meetings, minute taking, audio and copy typing, circulating relevant documentation and general day to day administration for the Clinical Team.
2. To support pre-admission and new admission paperwork in liaison with both internal and external departments and agencies regarding any legal requirements.
3. To support and co-operate Clinical Teams to achieve a high standard of patient care.
4. To arrange Safeguarding Adult Strategy meetings, Safeguarding Children Governance and Child Visit Panel meetings. To prepare agenda packs, take minutes for these meetings and the Broadmoor Safeguarding Adult panel meetings and associated paperwork and follow-up reports and information. Update Broadmoor Safeguarding User Guide, C11 Child Visit Policy and various reports for Bracknell Forest.
5. Coordinate the child visit application process including the paperwork and liaising with the families and local authorities and producing the relevant forms for face to face and virtual child visits and inputting the information into RiO.
