    Grade 6: £32, - £38, per annumPermanent, full time The Assessment Manager plays a pivotal role within the Central Programmes Services (CPS) department at Saïd Business School. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support for the assessment process across various degree and diploma programmes. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Assessment Manager, ensuring the seamless delivery of assessments and contributing to the enhancement of the student experience. Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, produce and distribute assessment materials in accordance with university guidelines and deadlines.
  • Provide expert advice to students and staff on university policies, processes and procedures related to assessments.
  • Facilitate the examination process, including the preparation, distribution and collection of examination materials.
  • Assist with examination boards, including logistical arrangements and documentation preparation.
  • Submit results to central University offices and manage the release of marks and feedback to students.
  • You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Additionally, exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and communicating with various stakeholders.
