As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing & maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Developing new business UK wide in specified sectors through field sales.
Supporting in-house key client accounts under direction of MD.
Working collaboratively with Sales Team to maximize profits & sales opportunities.
Build a relationship with clients to gain an understanding of their needs.
Liaising with stakeholders.
Turn leads into active spending accounts by building and maintaining relationships.
Pro-actively grow your pipeline.
Generating new business opportunities.

The ideal Sales Executive will have

Drive and determination.
Previous BDM experience within Aerospace/Defence/Education sector.
Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change.
Will have good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office.
Will have good communications skills.
Will want to develop within an organisation. INDHP
