Senior Propositions Manager

Hybrid

£700 per day (6 month contract)
Our client, a nationally recognised company are looking for a Senior Propositions Manager to come and join their team.

Reporting to the Director of Customer, you will have responsibility for the development and in-life management of their customer propositions,creating market-leading experiences which attract, reward and retain their customers.


You Will:


  • Own the development and inlife management of several customer propositions
  • Develop their B2B brand proposition
  • Ensure the proposition strategy & roadmap underpins brand, commercial and customer growth targets as well as customer experience.
  • Provide insight on the market and customer opportunities both from within retail and outside where appropriate
  • Provide regular insights, working with their data insights team to understand current performance / results, supporting the team to embed a test and learn culture
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure the effective delivery of product launches, campaigns and all promotional communications to our customers.
  • Have a track record of insightled product or proposition development, including flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change.
  • Have the ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business
  • Are a innovative thinker with proven experience in testing new ideas and concepts.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and are able to make clear recommendations in investment cases.
  • Have experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have strong experience with retention and customer experience tactics
  • Experience in Customer Loyalty is desirable
