The London Tax Group is recruiting an Associate with 2-4 years' PQE. The team's work is a mix of transactional (particularly financing and M&A), advisory (particularly restructuring work and bespoke advice for maritime and energy clients) and contentious work for both the Group's own clients and clients of other departments. The firm is extremely well regarded in-sector, which leads to quality mandates with leading clients considering the firm's size. The Tax Group is an ambitious and entrepreneurial team and this role will be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
There will be opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in helping to shape the culture, and implement the strategy, of the London Tax Group.
The successful candidate will be running (with partner supervision) or supporting a partner (depending on the matter in question) on transactional advisory and contentious Tax matters and qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
