Governors are looking to appoint a dedicated School Librarian to join our friendly team and maintain the high standards of reading within the school. A passion and interest in children's development in reading is essential. Relevant experience in schools is desirable although training will be provided. Good behaviour management skills are required.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Reading Subject Leader to lead and organise the Library as a valuable school resource for all pupils. The position also includes supporting and monitoring pupils individually with the development of their reading skills. We ae open to any candidates who have worked as support staff in schools as training will be provided.
