OVERVIEW:

  • Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE with experience of complex matters.
  • You will have a clear understanding of divorce / dissolution, children matters and financial settlements.
  • You will have dealt with complex financial issues such as business interests, third party interests, proceedings with an international element and complex pension arrangements.
  • Some experience of supervising and mentoring would be advantageous.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent team management and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to build a client base from referrals and recommendations.
  • You will preferably have a following of their own or a good network of refers of family work.
