Our client is a market leading brand name operating internationally. The company is expanding rapidly due to a strong demand for their premium quality products. This is an exciting position for a confident and experienced Customer Service Manager.


Duties Include:


  • Managing the daytoday operations in the customer service department, assisting with their enquiries and acting as a senior point of contact for both customer and departmental escalations
  • Helping to define the rule sets for our ticketing system, to ensure a response to customer issues/queries are met in a timely manner
  • Implement policy and procedure to help improve and set the standard of our customer experience and constantly monitor that these are being met by the team
- ?Monitoring customer ratings online and helping to maintain a 5* standard
Experience of managing a customer service team is a must, and experience of using ZenDesk is an advantage

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000. Hours of work are, 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 -15:00 on Fridays. They also offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and free onsite parking.
