Title:
Grounds Maintenance Operative / Landscape Operative
The Best Connection are currently seeking for someone to work on our clients Grounds Maintenance team working around Portsmouth.

Duties to include but not limited too:

  • Maintaining the Public Parks and Gardens in and around Portsmouth.
  • Working as a team.
  • Cutting Grass and Hedges.
  • Planting flowers and decorative plants.
  • Use of appropriate tools and equipment.
Experience is not required however is appreciated.

For this position a drug test must be completed due to the clients wishes.

Hours of work :
Monday to Friday


Pay rate :
£10.42


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Overtime Available
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
