- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to reduce equipment downtime.
- Educate customers on operating and maintaining the ICU medical equipment effectively, ensuring their competence and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to provide excellent customer service and support, responding swiftly and professionally to customer queries and issues.
- Follow company standards to keep precise records of service activities, such as service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory management.
- Keep up to date with new product updates and industry advancements, continuously improving technical skills to provide first class service to customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in field service engineering, preferably with medical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling professional interactions with customers and team members.
- Detail-focused with exemplary organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within London and surrounding areas.
