We're in search of a Business Development Manager to head up new business ventures within a cutting-edge agency dedicated to crafting unforgettable client experiences

The team is a blend of talented event coordinators, creative minds, project leads, technicians, artists, and entertainers, all working together to turn concepts into exceptional client experiences
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with and report to the Managing Director - a highly inventive individual who will share their wealth of knowledge with you
This position is all about proactively identifying new clients, acquiring fresh accounts, and formulating independent sales tactics and strategies in the B2B realm, working with companies throughout the UK
We are seeking a professional who excels at recognizing and validating opportunities, targeting the right contacts, and delivering tailored solutions, whether in live events, activations, experiential marketing, or promotional services
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales within the event and brand experience industries, understanding the nuances that come with orchestrating successful events
You must possess self-motivation and independence, taking charge of your own success and showing initiative in driving results
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to events to meet clients and ensure seamless operations - flexibility beyond standard office hours is required
In terms of compensation, the role offers a base salary of £40,000 plus a commission structure that has the potential to significantly boost your income
