My client is looking to recruit an E-Commerce and Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role will support the growth of the business through the development of industry leading online stores whilst also building their Brands.

Main Duties of the E-Commerce and Marketing Manager

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing covering Paid Search, Google & Facebook Ads, SEO to drive traffic to their websites.
Produce insight and recommended actions using tools such as Funnel Analysis from Google Analytics
Online Pricing within set parameters to ensure they remain within their Price Index targets whilst also delivering Gross Margin requirements
Development and implementation of Online Promotional Activity calendar in line with Marketing Calendar
Increasing Conversion through onsite development & improvements (your own and creating a platform for others to contribute) by testing & analysis
On-Site Merchandising covering Page & Site Content. Attributes, product descriptions, imagery, videos
Improve customer shopping experience at all touch points (Online, Store, Direct) by making them easy to shop with
Grow Brand awareness through brand activity
Ensure Brand is utilised in correct way
Develop customer profiling and analysis that elicits insights and actions can drive business performance
Management of TrustPilot partnership

Experience and Knowledge Needed

Analytical experience with Google Analytics and deploying insight from it is a must
Experience of On-Site merchandising
Curious with a desire to learn and develop and keen to find better ways to do things
Commercially minded and able to build and execute plans to grow Sales & Margin
Takes pride in the work you do and wants to do deliver better each time
Able to work within a small team and prepared to roll up your sleeves and help others when required
