- Lead daily and weekly performance reviews, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize carrier performance and meet SLA requirements.
- Conduct regular review sessions with carriers to provide feedback and drive operational efficiencies.
- Report all exceptions, such as late collections or deliveries, and ensure effective communication with customer release and follow-up teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and support transformation plans, while maximizing digitalization across the carrier network.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve any incidents or claims involving third-party carriers
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fulfilment centre environment.
- Full understanding of pricing structures and experience working closely with UK parcel delivery companies.
- Willingness to travel sporadically within the EU to meet with other delivery centres.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the implications of service level failures.
- Experience working with multiple carriers in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel (Power BI an advantage, but not essential).
