Description

We are recruiting for an Assistant Director of Patient Flow who will work with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer towards over operations and flow throughout the Trust.


This role will be to provide Trust-wide management of the beds and accountability of operational and performance targets in emergency care.

You will work with all Divisions and stakeholders for effective bed planning and decision making using strong links with the community and system partners to establish delivered improvements and ensure outcomes are met.


To provide strategic direction to and operational oversight and accountability for the operational site team and patient flow and discharge functions for CUH.

To influence services and enable patient pathways within and beyond CUH to achieve optimum hospital performance.
