About the school:
Simply Education is currently working in partnership with an independent SEMH provision based in Stretford looking for a Teacher.
This is a new provision which provides bespoke learning opportunities for young people aged 11-16 with additional needs who have previously experienced trauma or had a bad experience of school.
The School has a gym, large industrial kitchen for food technology, Astroturf football pitch, a hair and beauty studio and other great facilities for vocational studies.
Students have academic studies in the mornings and vocational studies in the evening.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality bespoke Maths, English, Science, PSHE and other lessons to students in Y7 and Y8 displaying challenging behaviour.
The ideal Teacher would be able to commit to a full-time role Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4pm as students receiving consistency is vital.
2 wellbeing days per year are provided as well as having your birthday off each year paid tooTo deliver high-quality bespoke Maths, English, Science, PSHE and other lessons to students in Y7 and Y8 displaying challenging behaviour
All successful applicants will be required to attend an interview in the Manchester City Centre office undergo relevant safeguarding checks, including a full application form.
All candidates who register with Simply Education will also have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
