    Clerk of Works Job in Nottingham

    Clerk of Works job with an established multi-disciplinary consultancy. Our client are looking to speak with experienced Clerk of Works or NEC Supervisors to oversee projects across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, and Leicestershire. For this role, they are looking to offer a salary of up to £45,000 + mileage allowance + remote working.

    This established and trusted MDC offer a range of services across Architecture, Building Surveying, and further construction related practices. They are now looking for a Clerk of Works or an NEC Supervisor to oversee a multitude of projects across the East Midlands.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Ensure site Health and Safety plans are being adhered to

    Check works in line with UK Building Regulations

    Advise on materials, construction details and samples as necessary

    Offering, when necessary, practical, and expert advice to on-site personnel

    Act in a professional manner at all times, adhering by company policies.

    Required Skills & Experience

    ICWCI/LICWCI/MICWCI

    Experience as a Clerk of Works or NEC Supervisor

    Diverse project experience

    Full UK Driving License.
