    About the Job

    An exciting opportunity for a result-driven individual to join our Sales Administration team on a permanent basis.


    Work collaboratively with our Sales teams in order to provide the best in-class customer service to our Partners & Vendors who are looking for a trusted advisor to help them with management of their valuable and complex orders.

    What you can expect to be getting up to as a Sales Administrator


    • Support the sales team by managing the end-to-end order process
    • Processing orders, identifying the correct processing method to use
    • High focus on accuracy and customer service
    • Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses and POD requests
    • Running back order and shipping reports
    • Support the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID's
    • In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience
    • A desire to build a career in the IT industry
    • Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
    • A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
    • The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
    • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel. CRM experience preferable
    • A desire to learn, grow and develop.
