Description

Completely hybrid, mostly work from home with occasional travel to Nottingham Head office.

£45k - £50k depending on experience + leading package (Bonus, enhanced annual leave and pension package, life insurance, health cash plan and a range of other things)

Reporting to Head of Reward this role is a brilliant mix of strategic projects with a focus on the future as well as business as usual monthly and annual cycles.

You will have undertaken reward focused work either as part of a HR generalist role, or as a Reward Advisor previously.

Ether way you are passionate about this area of HR.

Technically strong with sound knowledge of Reward & Benefits within large/complex environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with working independently
