Why Hereford?
Embedding HEINEKEN Herefordshire as the Global Home of Cider is a challenge we all embrace.

Our historic Herefordshire heartland is home to the world's largest Cider production site, our cider mill at Ledbury and more than 5,000 acres of orchards.

We also partner with local growers as we use more than 20% of all apples grown in the UK to make our celebrated cider brands.

From Strongbow and Bulmers to Old Mout, a spirit of innovation inspires our craft - and with a string of new styles and flavours to enjoy including our new brand Inchs and our summer favourite Strongbow Rosé, our future is one you'll want to be part of.

What's the role?

The Line Leader is responsible for managing and developing the autonomous line team, guiding, and driving high performance, as well as being responsible for all the results and activities of your line and process.

As Line Leader, you will use the TPM toolbox and methodology to make sure line improvement plans are in place and any losses are attacked.

It's a proactive and high-speed role where you'll be able to develop plans and manage resources to drive improvements.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a leader who is self motivated, positive and ready to engage and lead a team of experience technical operators.

You'll be in charge of encouraging and ensuring they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support to drive brilliant results.

On top of that you'll have:

  • Previous experience in highspeed packaging lines
  • Previous experience of people management
  • High attention to detail with health and safety as priority
  • Has worked with continuous improvement tools and systems in a production environment
  • Natural problem solver

We encourage all our colleagues to grow and reach their full potential.

Caring for people & the planet is one of our core values and we understand that each of our colleagues' needs and circumstances are different.

This is why we have a smarter working policy in place which includes access to hybrid working, flexible start and finish times and condensed hours, to name a few.

Our colleagues love life at HEINEKEN, and we're confident you'll feel the same way - but don't take our word for it.
