- Spending lots of your time with guests, meeting and greeting to check them into their accommodation.
- You will be responsible for managing holiday bookings.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Liaising with and helping out colleagues onsite to ensure that our guests experience is always excellent
- Outstanding people skills – friendly, patient and always ready to help
- Previous Management or Supervisors experience
- Exceptional organisation skills and able to keep a good few plates spinning
- A solid understanding of budgeting and finance
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales role
