Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Key Account Service Managerin UK

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

You'll support a team of field service engineers who work on commissioning and maintenance.
You'll ensure operational procedures are documented, and consistently applied.
You'll take care of Health & Safety on behalf of service for UK.
You'll support EMEA Sales by attending relevant tradeshows and negotiating SLAs.
You'll maintain positive customer ratings by ensuring the quality of our aftersales service.

Profile:

Do you have the legal right to work in UK?

What will you need to be successful?

Fluency in English, at least C
Degree in electrical engineering or qualifications as an electrical technician
Several years of experience in the energy sector with onsite expertise
Management experience and exposure to contract negotiations
Knowledge of health & safety regulations in UK
Driving license and willingness to travel
Readiness to work on call duty which may include weekends
Two years experience in the renewable energy sector
Indepth knowledge of the solar energy market in your country
