Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Key Account Service Managerin UK

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

  • You'll support a team of field service engineers who work on commissioning and maintenance.
  • You'll ensure operational procedures are documented, and consistently applied.
  • You'll take care of Health & Safety on behalf of service for UK.
  • You'll support EMEA Sales by attending relevant tradeshows and negotiating SLAs.
  • You'll maintain positive customer ratings by ensuring the quality of our aftersales service.

Profile:

Do you have the legal right to work in UK?

What will you need to be successful?

  • Fluency in English, at least C
  • Degree in electrical engineering or qualifications as an electrical technician
  • Several years of experience in the energy sector with onsite expertise
  • Management experience and exposure to contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in UK
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Readiness to work on call duty which may include weekends
  • Two years experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Indepth knowledge of the solar energy market in your country
