Are you what we are looking for? Do you consider yourself to be the next generation of leaders in the NHS, If so an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Nurse in the Outer North West Division for a community nurse to work closely within the planned care of Nursing and Therapy.
This is a fixed term assignment for 1 year.
This is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of quality drivers and to work closely with clinical teams to support the delivery of high-quality care and positive patient and staff experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with nursing experience who can provide local clinical leadership for the multi-disciplinary team working across the Division.
The clinician must demonstrate strong clinical skills and experience working in and understanding Community services.They need to be able to evidence a broad understanding of the quality agenda and have experience of leading teams and services through change and development.
The clinician must also demonstrate experience in collaborative working with MDT teams including social services, GPs, district nursing and voluntary services.
We require an experienced and skilled communicator to ensure effective delivery of information to staff, patients, carers, MDT and others.
Possession of a valid UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes is essential.
