An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's instantly recognisable FMCG manufacturers, a leading manufacturer, s pecialising in food manufacturing.

Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day electrical and mechanical engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will come from an electrical or a mechanical engineering supervisory/management background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer but multi-skilled and have fast moving manufacturing experience.

If you have worked PLC systems, lean manufacturing systems and PPM systems would be advantageous. Also, able and willing to lead and develop a team of multi skilled engineers.

There is a huge amount of training & development on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to develop your career path to senior management.
