We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a team dedicated to ensuring the safety and functionality of our social housing properties.

As a Maintenance Electrician working for a local Housing Association, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of our tenants.

Conduct electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs in social housing properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address multi-disciplinary issues.
Communicate effectively with tenants to understand their concerns and address maintenance issues.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in social housing or a similar setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Level 3
~ Valid UK Driving Licence
