Key Relationships:Contract Manager, Clients**

The Role:To provide remote support and coaching to those engaged in the digital weight management programme.


Key responsibilities:
-

  • To line manage the Digital Dietetic Team (including completion of 121s and authorisations for leave, sickness management, peer observations, coordinating Bank staff cover etc.).
  • Liaise and work closely with the Contract Manager for the service to continually improve and develop the service.
  • Attend a monthly 1:1 supervision meeting with the Contract Manager.
  • Work with the team to monitor and make efforts to achieve the commissioned KPIs set out for the service.
  • Engage in remote (phone and video) support for clients to enable them to lose weight in an effective and sustainable way.
  • To provide education on the dietetic elements of the weight management programme clearly and in a way that is tailored to the individuals need.
  • To be able to adjust the approach and advice given depending on an individuals circumstance including the gender, culture, age, ethnicity and socioeconomic status.
  • Coordinate with the team the production of original, engaging, evidence based and relevant content in the form of recipes, blogs, and social media posts etc
  • Support Dietetic team members in various ways across diverse tasks and projects.
  • Work closely with both Marketing and Engagement teams to ensure quality and consistency of content whilst avoiding duplication.
