About Our Client:


Page Personnel have partnered with an innovative specialist parts supplier based in Sevenoaks, who are now looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their team.

As Logistics Coordinator you will report into the Logistics Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking, booking in and distributing deliveries
  • Arranging deliveries and collections from third parties (DHL, UPS etc)
  • Liaising to report damages or returns, raising nonconformances if necessary
  • Checking deliveries against Supply Chain purchase orders to ensure quantity and quality are as expected
  • Support the preparation of products for despatch, ensuring they are packaged, loaded and handled correctly to eliminate damage during transit
  • Packaging and labelling of orders to packaging specifications.
  • General housekeeping of the Goods In/Despatch functions, ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Logistics Coordinator will come with the following:

  • Sage or SAP experience is a highly advantageous
  • Inventory management experience is essential
  • Stock takes experience is a bonus
  • Previous 3PL management experience is a plus but not essential

On offer for the succesful Logistics Coordinator is the following:

  • £30,000 to £34,000
  • Comp based targets bonus
