    Direct to consumer ecommerce brand

    Working Model: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
    Leading and innovating social media strategies for a dynamic direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand.

    I'm partnering with a brand that has dared to try things other brands simply will not.

    The direct to consumer drinks brand has scaled to tens of millions in revenue in just 6 years', and now wants its social media strategy to mirror the creativity and boldness elsewhere.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy, fostering engagement and brand loyalty that matches the boldness of the brand.

    Lead and mentor a team focused on growing social engagement, driving creativity and excellence to reinvigorate the brand's social media presence.

    Drive commercial value out of the social media channels.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge strategies into digital initiatives to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation.

    Create coherent plans in expansion channels such as Youtube and Twitch.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives, ensuring consistency and synergy across all channels.

    Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement, infusing the brand's social media with renewed energy and impact.

    Experience in social media marketing, ideally within retail, ecommerce, FMCG, or brands that market to a passionate customer/audience.
    Proven track record in developing influencer strategies and cultivating brand partnerships.
    Creative and innovative mindset, unafraid to push boundaries and challenge norms to match the brand's boldness.
    Passion for social media, coupled with a deep understanding of its capabilities.
