    Apple Mac Helpdesk Analyst

    Remote (travel to London for training and meetings)

    Up to £35,000

    Our client who is a Managed Service Provider is successfully expanding and needs an Apple Mac Helpdesk Analyst.     As the Apple Mac Helpdesk Analyst, you will play an important role in delivering IT support to clients.

    You will provide effective communication with clients and different internal departments while providing technical support, ensure accurate documentation of actions taken while prioritising tickets.

    You will deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy going the extra mile.


    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve Apple Mac issues
    • Prioritise and manage support tickets
    • Escalate complex issues when necessary, with detailed handover
    • Meet ticket resolution goals
    • Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and technologies
    • Update client documentation
    • Assist with other IT related tasks and projects as needed

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge and experienced in supporting Apple Mac hardware and software
    • Windows server and desktop
    • Experience with a ticketing system, such as Zendesk, Freshservice and ServiceNow
    • Possess a problem-solving mindset
    • Apple device support certification
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
