    Description

    As Senior Account Executive or Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the agency clients by managing and nurturing client relationships, developing marketing plans and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns that drive results.

    Day to day responsibilities will include:

    • building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationships
    • act as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters
    • develop marketing strategies that align with clients business objectives
    • work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and on budgets
    • overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns from concept to execution
    • analyse campaign performance and provide clients with reports and insights
    • competitor research and monitoring of industry trends

    Experience

    • ideally you'll have a expertise in marketing, combined with an interest in retail or interior design
    • proven experience in account management within a similar role in a marketing agency
    • strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign management
    • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Remuneration

    • full time or part time considered
    • hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office
