Program Manager, Global Legal Operations

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the US time zone.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher thanthat of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay rangesfor new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $133,000 - $177,300

Zone B: $119,700 - $159,600

Zone C: $110,400 - $147,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Your background

5+ years of experience in legal operations or business operations roles

5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager driving projects from end-to-end, or in a similar role fulfilling comparable responsibilities

3+ years of experience with project management methodologies and requirements-gathering

Experience with metrics-driven processes

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Google Sheets
