Description

We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our Transportation team to assist on our Oxford Station project.

As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the Oxford team and with Network Rail, to deliver Oxford Station Phase 2 works which will increase capacity through Oxford Station to accommodate additional services planned from 2024.

You will manage the technical compliance of the project to the design specification to fulfil the assigned project (or section) safely, on time and to the required quality.

You will support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project as the Sub-Agent and support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and Network Rail standards.

• You will promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members and support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Excellence
• You will be responsible for supporting the Site Agent with cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness.
