44 on day shift with additional shift allowance for those working shifts.

Summit Selection are working with a manufacturing business in Hull who are looking to add a process operative to their team.

As a Process Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the companies production lines.

You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production process, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to work weekends if required.
• Must be computer literate

You need to be flexible as the company develop their manufacturing process.

• 30pm Monday to Friday (days) this is 8 hours with a 30 min break.
• 6am - 2pm, 2pm-10pm,10pm-6am Monday to Friday (breaks included).
• 6am-6pm , 6pm-6am Three shifts per week over 7 days (breaks included).
