- Solid experience in HVAC controls
- Good practical understanding of chilled water and air conditioning systems including DX Systems.
- Ability to understand and Edit Electrical line drawings
- Previous work experience with various Close Control / Precision Cooling equipment, in the Data Centre Cooling Industry would be a great advantage but not essential
- Management and upkeep of warranty claims throughout the entire process
- Delivery and organisation of training plans for field-based service engineers
- National and international travel will occasionally be required.
- Upkeep and communication of technical bulletins and other related engineering information
- Technical support for contract/non-contract holders as well as our service engineers and project management teams
- Project management of Service Dept non-contract & technical works
- Data entry and upkeep of our internal service management system for relevant works
- The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects and issues and coordinate internal and external teams to bring about successful outcomes for our clients promptly.
- The individual will have personal qualities of honesty and integrity and an interest in people's development.
- A willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally in Europe may be required.
- A current UK driving license is mandatory.
- Strong IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential
