Exam Invigilator - Blantyre, South Lanarkshire, United Kingdom - Pertemps Glasgow
Description
Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in High Blantyre, require a number of Exam Invigilators to cover the current exam diet between 24th April and 3rd May.
Morning and afternoon shifts are offered between 9.15pm Monday to Friday. 17 per hour.
Under the guidance of the Registry Academic Administrator and the Senior Invigilator assigned to the exam hall, you will be responsible for the supervision of the students undertaking examinations.
Help with the distribution of examination papers and any ancillary material
Assist in bringing the examination papers back to to the Examinations unit
Assist in ensuring that University procedures/instructions are carried out in the event of a fire alarm or first aid requirement
Report any relevant matters regarding the operation of the exam to the Senior Invigilator
A good general education
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing and the ability to deal with staff and students in a polite and courteous manner
