    Job Description

    As the Head of Payroll Projects & Transformation you will manage the effective payroll change management initiatives for the organisation and coordinating with key business stakeholders across projects involving the payroll team.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead effective change management initiatives across the organisation and coordinate with key business leaders.

    • Ensure controls and processes are maintained and developed as part of payroll senior leadership.

    • Develop process standardisation and service performance improvement initiatives.

    • Ensure processes are effectively handed over to BAU and operationalised to the extent that all employees across all user groups understand and can effectively execute the processes

    • Help to ensure the payroll teams comply with controls framework / RACM and data privacy requirements.

    • Ensuring effective BCP in place to mitigate process failures either through resource, site or system failures.

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    • 10+ years payroll experience with 5 years management experience

    • CIPP (Qualified or by experience)

    • Experience of working with both salaried and fortnightly payrolls

    • Working in large organisations with a focus on managing and developing operational excellence and performance management.

    • Proficient in relevant IT platforms
