**Location: Manchester

  • Hybrid working options**The main purpose of this role is to ensure that New Partners and Financial Advisers are efficiently Recruited into SJP from an administrative and operational perspective.

What you'll be doing:


  • Creating offer letters for New Partners and Advisers.
  • Ensuring trading names for New Partners and Advisers are approved quickly.
  • Regularly catching up with BAMs to ensure they are supported regarding operational and administrative tasks for their recruits.
  • Coordinating with other Operations teams in Establishment, including Training, Relationship and Support & Operations, to ensure Partners and Advisers in Establishment have a seamless experience.

Who we're looking for:


  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
  • Ability to use systems and technology to maintain oversight of multiple workflows.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • A willingness to work as a team and to help the wider Division during busy periods.

Special Requirements:

Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required to attend workshops or support events.
