In this exciting and varied role you'll be expected to

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
  • Handle a high volume of in person conversations with customers
  • Utilize financial services knowledge to assist customers with account inquiries
  • Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in Sales
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and transactions

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
