In this exciting and varied role you'll be expected to- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
- Handle a high volume of in person conversations with customers
- Utilize financial services knowledge to assist customers with account inquiries
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in Sales
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and transactions
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
