The College is seeking to appoint a confident and motivational Food and Beverage Team Leader to support and assist both the Food Service department and the Café Bar, offering a great opportunity to both demonstrate and enhance your skills across these two areas.


We are looking for individuals with a good understanding of Food and Beverage service, a passion for delivering the highest standards, and a desire to motivate the team and take responsibility for ensuring the expectations of our customers are met.


Applicants must be flexible in their approach to both customers and the hours of work required to meet the demands of this varied and interesting position.

Good communication skills and experience working within a food and/or beverage service is essential.

You will work over a 7 day working week as per the rota set by the Catering Office Manager. The shifts will be rostered for 5 days per week. Flexible working will be required.
