- Direct line manager for the service team who are key in helping to ensure the smooth running of Urology Services
- Supporting the day to day delivery of Urology Service to ensure that elective and non-elective patients have their out-patient appointments and surgical procedures in the appropriate time frame.
- Develop and manage reports to ensure that relevant information is updated weekly to be presented to the Trust Executives through the appropriate forum.
- Ensure that compliance to national standards and SOPs is maintained
- Supporting the Directorate in managing departmental Risks and DATIX incidents to ensure a safe and effective service is provided
- Ensuring lines of communication are in place with the service users in order to ensure efficient and the effective use of the various Urology Service provided.
- Years Experience
- Detailed knowledge of the Urology service
- Significant experience of working at a senior management level
- Strategic report writing skills and experience
