You will be part of the Great Places in House Construction Team, Terra Nova working on-site for 45 hours per week Monday to Friday alongside the site manager.


What you'll be doing:


  • You are Passionate about construction, house building and customer service.
  • Work Safely, Report any accidents or near misses to the site management team
  • Ensure plant is safe and maintained to a standard which complies with the requirements of the Health and Safety at work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation, carry out daily and weekly checks
  • Ensure that plant is tested, carries the necessary statutory notices and that inspections, maintenance and periodic examinations are carried out and results recorded
  • Attend promptly to all plant defects, and ensure site management notified
  • Maintain site access and egress including walkways
  • Material and Logistics management
  • Ensure compound and material storage well presented

What you'll need:


  • CSCS Card
  • CPCS FLT Licence required Or RTITB/NPORS/
  • Proven ability to drive FLT on a busy site
  • Proven knowledge and experience of Building & Construction
  • Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare facilities
  • Good communication, organisation,
  • Articulate, numerate, literate and able to read drawings
