    Responsibilities:

    As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process. Your primary focus will include material planning, international logistics, localized procurement, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the food industry supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Material Planning:

    Develop and implement effective material planning strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

    Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and establish inventory targets.

    International Logistics:

    Manage and optimize international logistics operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.

    Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to facilitate smooth cross-border transportation.

    Localized Procurement:

    Lead the procurement team in executing local sourcing strategies.

    Foster relationships with local suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.

    Supplier Management:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews.

    Work closely with suppliers to address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

    Multilingual Proficiency:

    Utilize fluency in both Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders at various levels.

    European Logistics and Warehouse Management:

    Demonstrate a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse management within the European region.

    Stay informed about regional regulations and compliance requirements.

    Customs Clearance Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with customs regulations and clear understanding of import/export requirements.

    Collaborate with customs brokers to streamline the customs clearance process.

    Preferred Experience:

    Previous experience in supply chain management within the food industry is highly desirable.

    Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain processes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on material planning, logistics, procurement, and supplier management.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English.

    Familiarity with European logistics and warehouse management practices.

    Knowledge of customs clearance regulations and compliance.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
