All programmes improve mental & physical health, build stronger communities, and teach young people transferrable life skills.- Founded in 2018, the team at Bloomsbury Football is growing fast.

    Job Summary
  • Bloomsbury Football is

Havas' Charity of the Year 2023. This means that staff across the 26 agencies at HKX village in Kings Cross recognise and want to support the work that Bloomsbury Football does changing the game for over 5,000 young people a week in London.
  • Bloomsbury Football currently has a fulltime Marketing Manager who is responsible for running digital campaigns, managing collaborations, PR outreach, organising inperson marketing and growing the charity's social presence. The team also has two freelance content creators.
  • Being Havas' Charity of the Year presents Bloomsbury Football with the opportunity to take the charity's presence and impact to the next level. To do this, we are looking for a fulltime Marketing Officer who will manage communications between Bloomsbury Football and Havas agencies and ensure that workflows are running smoothly.
  • This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a global advertising agency and a grassroots charity. You will be working across Comms, Influencer & Culture Marketing, Partnerships and Project Management. This role will create tangible results & support Bloomsbury Football's mission to change the game for young people in London.
    Key responsibilities

Project Management

  • You will be responsible for managing the relationship across the Havas and Bloomsbury Football teams to maximise results of the partnership.
  • You will be the main point of contact on the Bloomsbury Football team, responsible for managing relationships and maximising the outcomes of Charity of the Year nomination.

Relationship Management

  • Build relationships between Havas staff and Bloomsbury Football support in organisation of inhouse events at HKX Village to build awareness of Bloomsbury's charitable mission.
  • Build strong relationships with Havas working group and ensure that all those involved are aware of goals and responsibilities.
  • Communicate between Havas and Bloomsbury Football in a timely and friendly manner.

Content Creation and Social Media

  • Be responsible for covering all activations around the Havas x Bloomsbury Football relationship e.g., creating social content for events and posting to socials with key moments in relationship.
  • Support Bloomsbury Football's Marketing Manager to engage across social platforms.
  • Participating in creative brainstorms and contributing creative ideas.

Wider Marketing Support

  • Supporting Bloomsbury Football team with ad hoc support e.g., contributing
