    We have an excellent opportunity for a policy subject matter expert to join our employee relations team. You'll lead on crafting, implementing, and managing data driven Employee Relations (ER) global policy that serves as a strategic enabler for global businesses and functions. With a global remit, you'll have the opportunity to work with a varied senior stakeholder group on a multitude of geographically diverse policy issues and legal frameworks.

    Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

    In this role you will:


    • Formulate and enhance global employee relations policies, taking into account the strategic aims and requirements of the business and adhering to legal requirements.

    • Drive a focus on simplification and standardisation of ER policy.

    • Regularly review and update global policies in line with internal standards to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.

    • Serve as a policy SME for the HR function, offering guidance on the interpretation and application of global ER policy and our policy strategy.

    • Support the building of best practice across the ER function through the ER Policy Community of Practice.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:


    • Experienced HR/ER professional with an excellent understanding of employment law and associated legal frameworks.

    • Experience designing, developing and maintaining policy, ideally HR/ER related.

    • A deep understanding of employee relations issues.

    • Excellent communication and drafting skills, evidenced through writing comprehensive policy, reports/papers and/or legal documents.
