    Marketing Strategy Development :

    Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, including market research, brand messaging, and campaign planning.


    Social Media Management :

    Oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as any other platforms as the company grows.

    Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).

    Content Creation :

    Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts (and directed advertising to drive enquiries/registrations and web traffic) which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

    Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity using key metrics. Adjust strategies based on insights gathered through data analysis.

    Community Engagement :
    Engage with customers and followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor and drive customer reviews.

    Work closely with other departments, such as business development and talent success team to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message across all platforms and top help drive business objectives.


    Budget Management :
    Manage budgets for marketing and social media campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment.
    Demonstrable Marketing or Social media Management experience. Examples of creating, posting, managing and tracking marketing activity on various social media platforms.
    Self-motivated and passionate about marketing.

    We want someone who is proud of the content they make, the impact that it has and who isn't shy to pursue or present their own ideas.

    Design technology skills, to create various forms of graphic and video content.
    Ability to utilise data to form marketing opinions and shape future marketing decisions.
