Description
Requirements/criteria A degree with an upper-second class (2:2) or above (proof required). Demonstrable interest and enthusiasm for studying mental health and delivering supervised practice. Have a passion for the delivery of first-class care in all areas of mental health.Possess good communication skills (verbal/written) and a motivation to develop these and receive training in CBT, MI and person-centered care.
Be able to work in teams in busy multidisciplinary environments across different settings. Be able to balance and manage academic work, clinical placements, and personal commitments.Be well organized, reliable, flexible, self-motivated, caring, able to adapt to demanding but rewarding work environments, and willing to experience the surprising challenges of mental health working with diversity.
