Job Description Summary
You'll support people leaders and colleagues providing advice and support on people-related matters.
You'll develop and implement processes that drive improvements and increase the efficiency of our service creating a positive employee experience for our colleagues.
Key Accountabilities:
Sage People (Engage) and Payroll
Be a super-user and help People Leaders and colleagues with Sage People navigation and functionality.
Develop processes for the timely and accurate provision of data required by the managed service Payroll team to enable them to pay our colleagues on time and correctly every month.
Reward and Benefits
Processing Annual Pay Review and Bonus reviewing eligibility and exclusions, providing reports to managed service Payroll for the processing of salary increases and bonus.
Take a lead on the annual flexible benefits window, working with third party supplier Benefex in relation to the benefits platform and providing the timeline and comms for our colleagues.
Put processes in place for the ongoing administration of pensions & benefits services including comms for our colleagues, supplier management and processing PO's.
Provide timely resolution to People queries for colleagues via People inbox
Review background check reports and liaise with recruiting managers
Provide employment reference letters for mortgages and new employers
Process Subject Access Requests in line with Data Protection requirements
Support Visa administration and applications
Case Management
With the support of the People Business Partner, you'll provide guidance and counsel on people-related issues disciplinary, performance, absence, flexible working and grievance cases across the organisation.
Support the delivery of people related events such as the quarterly People Leader sessions
Support induction activities including Day 1 tours
People Projects
Support the delivery of the TTB transition project
You'll be empowered to identify and deliver process improvements and people projects
Support other People Projects as they arise.
You'll understand the sensitive nature of the work we do within the People Team remaining objective and maintaining confidentiality of our colleagues and protecting their data.
