City Of Manchester, Manchester:
This is a great opportunity to join an award winning Environmental Design & Building Services Consultancy in their new city centre office based in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Administration Duties: Answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail
- Setting up meetings
- Assist the design team with events and travel arrangements
- Support with presentations
- Scan, Print and File documents and design drawings
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft packages
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of online platforms for drawing
- Knowledge of Adobe In design (advantageous)
- Background in construction/design (advantageous)
