Description

Milk Education is currently searching for immediate start role, for a strong Cover Supervisor for our partner secondary schools in Merseyside, as we are considerably busy with demand.

The role will involve, but not be limited to, supporting children in deliveringset work and managing classroom behaviour.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strong classroom management skills
Using initiative to manage potentially challenging behavior effectively
Nurturing and encouraging the skills, interests and talents of children
Sharing the commitment with teaching staff to providing the best possible learning opportunities for each child through planned lessons and activities
Displaying excellent levels of empathy and understanding
Attending to the personal needs of the children and young people

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria:_

Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
