Role purpose This role will be responsible for direct reports leading a collective team of approximately 8-10 people delivering an accounts payable and expense service


This will include:

Embedding all AP processes for the US offices Building strong relationships with, and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of all invoices & expenses Managing all payment runs along with the timely resolution of all queries Managing change in a fast-paced, transactional environment Managing difficult conversations, both within the team and with customers.

Key requirements Experience of managing an AP function Experience of managing KPIs and other performance metrics Can effectively deliver change to different stakeholder groups Experience of analysing problems and proposing solutions Ability to resolve conflict efficiently Demonstrate experience in strategic management Who we are looking for Strong leadership and management skills Anticipates the needs of the customer and is able to provide timely solutions Encourage a collaborative working environment Effective manager of self, team and task to ensure quality services are consistently delivered A solutions driven individual Next Steps:
